It’s official! Balenciaga and Adidas have teamed up for a capsule collection that is sure to sell out in no time. After months of speculation (and eagerly awaiting the ‘Triple S sneaker’ with an Adidas aesthetic), the Balenciaga x Adidas collaboration has now finally been revealed at the French fashion house’s Spring 2023 show in New York, where the models’ faces were covered in the latex.
Balenciaga x Adidas: Here’s what the runway show looked like
Sunday’s runway show was complete with a number of looks from the Balenciaga x Adidas collaboration. A selection of these very special objects of desire is now available here. What was on the agenda? A pair of Balenciaga brand “Triple S” decorated with Adidas three stripes, a tracksuit, a pair of shorts, a sweatshirt and a mini dress, all in black and white. So to summarize: Adidas Essentials got a fantastic makeover at Balenciaga. Available for just one week (until May 29), the collection is sure to please fans of the French house’s casual aesthetic, but also those who love Adidas’ sporty look.
