The Suculenta restaurant in the port of Port de Sóller has presented its new winter menu. You can choose among others Local fish dishes, unusual creations such as quinoa, lobster, hollandaise cakes, turbot with chickpeas, halibut and rouille with yellow pepper aji as well as various rice dishes and desserts.
When composing his dishes, the Majorcan chef with Basque roots, Guillermo Moya Igarza, great emphasis on local products.
