Encouraged by the Swiss art dealer Simon Spierer, who died in 2005, she experimented with different subjects, materials and dimensions – from ceramics to charcoal portraits, from acrylic paintings to sculptures. In 2002, the artist discovered her own style, which was born from experimenting with three-dimensionality. Dahmen von Buchholz integrates natural objects and fabrics into her artwork and uses acrylic paints mixed with pure pigments. In Mallorca, where she has lived since 2020, she enriched her work with high-quality glittering stelae, as a tribute to the Mediterranean island world. The opening will take place at number 109, Avinguda Rei Jaume I from 17:00 to 20:00 instead, the artist will be present.
